ABAI recognizes the hardships encountered by patients, families, and the allergists and clinical immunologists providing specialty care in the advent of COVID-19. We have been closely monitoring the impact, and the Board of Directors has recently published several notable accommodations designed to ease the burden on certified allergists and clinical immunologists, allowing them to focus on patients, their families and their practices.
